Deposit and withdrawal speed in practice
TestCasino runs three withdrawal batches per day — 09:00, 14:00, and 19:00 CET. Withdrawal requests submitted before the batch cut-off process in that batch; later submissions roll to the next one. The published SLAs are deliberately conservative; our test withdrawals during the seven-day review window all settled inside the upper bound.
The fastest path to cash is the same path you deposited from. Crypto-in / crypto-out clears under one hour. E-wallet-in / e-wallet-out clears within four hours. Card-in / card-out is the slowest because of card-network batching — expect 3-5 business days regardless of the operator’s processing speed.
KYC and verification timing
The first withdrawal of every account triggers KYC — Know Your Customer identity verification. You upload (1) a government-issued photo ID, (2) a recent utility bill or bank statement, and (3) for card-funded accounts, a partial photo of the front of the card with the middle eight digits obscured. Subsequent withdrawals don’t repeat the process unless your account flags risk-management review.
In our testing, KYC turned around in under six hours during business days, slower overnight (~12 hours). The operator publishes a 72-hour SLA — that’s the upper bound, not the average.
Limits and fees
Minimum deposit is €10 on cards and €20 on e-wallets and crypto. Maximum single deposit is €5,000 on cards, €10,000 on e-wallets, and €20,000 on crypto. Daily and weekly deposit caps default to €5,000 / €15,000 and can be lowered (not raised) in the Responsible Gambling settings.
The operator charges no fees on either deposits or withdrawals, across every supported method. Your card issuer or wallet provider may charge a foreign-transaction surcharge or a network fee — that’s outside the operator’s control. Bitcoin and other on-chain crypto pay the standard network gas fee at the time of transfer.
Common payment-related problems
- Card deposit declined: usually a 3-D Secure mismatch. Confirm at your bank’s app and retry — second attempts almost always succeed.
- Withdrawal stuck in “pending” for more than 6 hours: contact live chat with your withdrawal reference. Most “stuck” withdrawals are actually pending KYC and clear once a document is reviewed.
- Crypto address mismatch: the operator’s withdrawal form requires the address you specified in your account profile. Updates take effect after the next deposit, not immediately.
Security and licensing
All payment data is processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. Card data does not touch the operator’s database — only tokenised references. Crypto deposits use one-time receiving addresses with no on-chain link to your account identity. The operator publishes its full security and processing-partner disclosures in the footer.
